This “thing of beauty” will soon be dead.
Consider this the last time that I wrote for you…“
I am writing this for you.
As I write to everyone’s hopes and dreams to let you know
that all you have to do is believe in it.
that while you may not notice life passing you by,
sometimes it leaves us with a sign that’s so hard to ignore
And while not everyone may understand the complexity of this moment,
know that the universe is desperately trying to move you out of that one space,
that one spot in our lives that’s either tearing us apart or moving us to tears.
This “thing of beauty” will soon be dead.
Consider this the last time that I wrote for you…“

The bones of those who died before you They’re scattered all around me They form a ray of black light Dark and soggy, twisted, muddied, round Why did you let go
