Working on the Commonwealth Hospital and Medical Center website, a Manny V. Pangilinan company, was a unique opportunity to merge technical skills with the intricate needs of the healthcare industry. The primary goal was to develop a user-friendly platform where patients could easily view doctors’ schedules and book appointments online, creating a seamless and convenient experience for both healthcare providers and patients.

From the beginning, it was clear that this project was ambitious. The hospital needed a platform that could efficiently manage a large database of medical professionals, display real-time schedules, and offer a smooth booking process for patients.

The challenge was to create a user-friendly interface that could manage all these complex functionalities while ensuring that the site was responsive, secure, and easy to navigate.

The complexity of the project required multiple revisions, adjustments, and detailed discussions. While it could have been frustrating, every new request was seen as a chance to improve the platform further. Challenges Faced and Lessons Learned

Despite some doubts from the client, especially towards the end of the development, we stayed focused and prioritized delivering the best possible outcome. There were moments where additional revisions and requests could have been charged as extra work, but we chose not to, in order to maintain trust and demonstrate our commitment.

We also recognize that, at times, there were delays on our side, but we always maintained professionalism, keeping our client’s needs at the forefront.
